You know, I really am glad that I’m doing this comic strip again. I love it. I’m having a blast and the ideas just keep coming. And not just in a “this is tomorrow’s gag” way, but in a long-term, big picture way. Dawn of the Morningstar is starting to wind down and I have a pretty clear picture of the ending. I have some ideas for the next story, Son of Frankenbeans. I have a lot of potential future storyline ideas. And I even have what could be the Big Finale for the series in my head. I’ve revisited old ideas and are building them into what would be a great idea for a Grimstone animated movie. A big epic storyline. It will be quite some time before I tell this tale, but I will sprinkle things that will lead up to it throughout the series. Oh, I have lots of ideas. Stuff I can’t wait to do. And then there are the other projects. I’m planning on resurrecting my original web comic strip as a series of Flash animated shorts. Kind of a Saturday morning cartoon for the Internet. It’s a very exciting time right now, creatively speaking. Now, if I could make a little money at the same time, then I would be set.
